working surfaces must be dry, strong and even, thoroughly cleaned of dust, dirt, mold, grease stains, remnants of old coatings, other contaminants, layers and particles of material that are poorly bonded to the base. If the working surfaces show signs of damage, they should be pre-treated with a solution of Primer-concentrate 1:10 TM Lacrysil and dried. Immediately before carrying out the work, make sure that the temperature of the glue, contact surfaces and the surrounding environment is within the working range (+18…+35)°C, and the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%. Mix the glue until it is homogeneous, carefully apply a sufficient amount and evenly distribute it on one of the contact surfaces. Connect the contact surfaces, press evenly and firmly and fix until the glue sets for approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove excess fresh glue and remaining dirt with a damp material. The time for the final formation of the adhesive joint is 6-10 hours and depends on the thickness of the joint, the uniformity of distribution, the condition and nature of the material of the contact surfaces, environmental parameters and may increase under adverse conditions.
