Placing an order

01 Select the products you need in the catalog.
02 Add the products to your cart.
03 If you have a promo code, apply it.
04 Choose a payment method (bank transfer to our account or on delivery).
05 Choose a delivery method (Nova Poshta, pickup).
06 You will receive your order number by email.
07 A manager will process your order and contact you.

Payment method

By bank details

A manager will send you a payment invoice.

On pickup

By card (POS terminal).

Please note: when paying by card, the bank may charge an additional fee.

For website orders over UAH 10,000, delivery across Ukraine is at our expense.

Shipments are made at temperatures from +5 °C to +35 °C; for other conditions, please confirm details with your manager.

If the carrier delivers the goods and you find damage (crushed packaging, broken seal, spilled paint, etc.), file a claim report with the carrier at the time of delivery and send a copy to your manager (contact your manager).
