General return rules for goods, products, and paint materials.

General product return rules (goods, products, paint materials)

Returns of paint and coating materials of proper quality in Ukraine are limited.

Paint materials are often treated as household chemical products that are not subject to exchange or return under Resolution No. 172.

A product of proper quality may be returned within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

Conditions for returns within 14 days

  • The packaging has not been opened.
  • The seals are intact.
  • The product has not been used.
  • The product remains in saleable condition.

Main rules for returning paint materials

  • Returns are possible only if the factory packaging remains hermetically sealed.
  • There are no signs of use.
  • A receipt is available.
  • The product has not been tinted independently, by order, or in any other way.

Tinted paints

Paints tinted or color-matched to any color or shade cannot be returned because they have individual modified characteristics.

Defective products

Defective products, including dried products, products with broken sealing, or products past their expiration date, are eligible for return or exchange.

Return procedure

  • Contact a manager to receive further instructions.
  • Ship the product according to the manager’s instructions or the website description.
  • If needed or requested by the manager, add photos or video.

Storage rules before return

  • Before shipping or returning the product, follow the storage rules.
  • Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated room.
  • Follow the product storage temperatures indicated on the package or label.
  • Protect the product from direct sunlight and sudden temperature changes.

Product and payment refund

Product returns are handled through Nova Poshta. The sender pays the shipping cost.

Important: if the product was paid for by bank card, the refund will be issued to the card.

The timeframe for receiving funds is determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
