rubber glues are suitable for tasks where heavy building or decorative finishing elements need to be fixed firmly to a prepared substrate. This subcategory includes a rubber mounting glue for panels, window sills, furniture elements, window and door blocks, insulation, and other installation jobs.

What rubber glue is used for
  • installing wall panels, exterior cladding boards, and decorative elements;
  • fixing window sills, furniture elements, and window or door blocks;
  • fastening materials in floor and roof covering systems;
  • installing insulation materials, including glass-fiber and mineral wool blocks;
  • fixing elements where a neat joint is needed without excessive visible mechanical fasteners.
When to choose a rubber formula
  • when the part is heavier or needs stronger fixing on a building substrate;
  • when working with different materials: concrete, brick, gypsum, wood, MDF, glass, metal, rubber, PVC, or ceramic;
  • when the glue needs to be applied in dots or beads instead of as a full continuous layer;
  • when application conditions, working temperature, and final curing time need to be considered;
  • when a regular decorative glue is not enough for the load or substrate type.
What to check before installation
  • contact surfaces should be dry, sound, even, and free from dust, grease, rust, ice, old coatings, and loose particles;
  • porous or weak substrates should be prepared according to the manufacturer recommendations;
  • apply the glue to one contact surface in sufficient dots or beads;
  • after the first press, separate the surfaces, leave them open for about 5 minutes, then join again and fix the element;
  • final bond formation takes 24-48 hours and depends on the substrate, application method, and environment.
