1. General terms

1. 1.1. This user agreement is a public offer by the seller to conclude a distance sale agreement through lacrysil.ua.
2. 1.2. A buyer may be an individual or legal entity placing an order on the website, by phone, messenger, or another available communication channel.
3. 1.3. By placing an order, the buyer confirms acceptance of this offer, payment, delivery, return, and personal data processing terms.
4. 1.4. The agreement is considered concluded after order confirmation by the seller or after the buyer performs actions showing acceptance of the offer.
5. 1.5. The seller may update this offer. A new version applies from publication on the website unless stated otherwise.

2. Account registration

1. 2.1. The buyer may register or place an order without an account if this option is available on the website.
2. 2.2. The buyer must provide accurate contact details needed for order confirmation, payment, delivery, and communication.
3. 2.3. The buyer is responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for actions performed through the account.

3. Product information

1. 3.1. The website lists building materials, coatings, adhesives, sealants, mounting foams, waterproofing, and related LACRYSIL products.
2. 3.2. Product images are illustrative. Packaging, color tone, equipment, or labeling may differ, while key specifications are provided on the product page.
3. 3.3. Price, availability, package size, and specifications may change before the seller confirms the order.
4. 3.4. The buyer must check whether the chosen product fits the intended task, application conditions, and manufacturer requirements.
5. 3.5. A manager may provide additional information about purpose, consumption, compatibility, and application conditions on request.

4. Order placement

1. 4.1. The buyer may place an order through the cart, quick order form, phone, messenger, or another available channel.
2. 4.2. After receiving an order, the seller may contact the buyer to clarify items, availability, delivery, payment, and contact details.
3. 4.3. The order is accepted for processing after confirmation by the seller. Before confirmation, it may be clarified, changed, or canceled.
4. 4.4. The seller may cancel an order in case of a technical error, lack of stock, inability to contact the buyer, or incorrect order details.

5. Delivery and receipt

1. 5.1. Delivery is carried out across Ukraine by available delivery services, including Nova Poshta, or by pickup if available.
2. 5.2. Delivery cost, timing, and terms depend on the chosen method, destination, weight, volume, and product specifics.
3. 5.3. Upon receipt, the buyer must check quantity, packaging integrity, appearance, and completeness.
4. 5.4. Receipt without remarks means the buyer has no claims regarding appearance, quantity, and completeness of the received goods.
5. 5.5. If damage, shortage, or other issues are found, the buyer should record the issue upon receipt and contact the seller.

6. Payment

1. 6.1. Available payment methods are shown on the website or agreed with a manager during order confirmation.
2. 6.2. Payment is made in hryvnias. The final order amount is fixed when the seller confirms the order.
3. 6.3. Until payment or order confirmation, the seller does not guarantee product reservation unless directly agreed by the parties.

7. Returns, exchanges, and claims

1. 7.1. Returns and exchanges are handled under Ukrainian law, store rules, and the separate product returns page.
2. 7.2. A product of proper quality may be returned if appearance, packaging, seals, labeling, and documents are preserved, provided such return is allowed by law.
3. 7.3. Coatings, tinted materials, opened sealants, adhesives, foams, and other products with broken sealing may have return restrictions.
4. 7.4. Quality, quantity, or damage claims are reviewed after the buyer contacts the seller and provides photos, videos, documents, or carrier reports when needed.

8. Rights protection and website use

1. 8.1. Website materials, including text, images, catalog structure, design elements, and product descriptions, may be used only within the law and owners rights.
2. 8.2. It is prohibited to use the website for unlawful actions, interference with its operation, unauthorized copying, or posting false information.
3. 8.3. Reviews, comments, and buyer messages must not violate Ukrainian law, third-party rights, or business ethics.

9. Other terms

1. 9.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, under the procedure provided by Ukrainian law.
2. 9.2. If any provision of the offer is invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
3. 9.3. The buyer confirms receiving all necessary information about the product, price, payment, delivery, and returns before placing the order.
