LACRYSIL 60 Seconds household adhesive foam is a one-component polyurethane adhesive foam with a straw adapter that is applied without a foam gun. It is used to fix thermal insulation boards indoors and outdoors, insulate building structures, seal joints and install materials in household work.
The foam has accelerated initial grab and good adhesion to traditional building materials. The board is pressed to the base 1 minute after application and held until it grips, about 2-5 minutes. Tack-free time is 3-5 minutes, curing 5-30 minutes, full polymerisation 12-48 hours. The cured joint keeps its properties from -60°C to +100°C and provides thermal and water insulation.
Apply at -5°C ... +35°C with relative air humidity of at least 60%. Before use keep the can at room temperature for at least 24 hours; the can temperature must be +15°C ... +30°C. Protect the cured foam from UV radiation by painting or plastering.
Packaging: 320 ml can (400 g) for small repairs and 800 ml can (800 g) with a yield of up to 25 running metres. Shelf life is 18 months. TU U 24.6-31516890-001:2003.

accelerated initial grab: the board is pressed 1 minute after application;
tack-free in 3-5 minutes, cures in 5-30 minutes;
can be used at -5°C ... +35°C, all-season;
resistant to moisture and mould, provides thermal and water insulation;
the cured joint keeps its properties from -60°C to +100°C.
Where to use
fixing thermal insulation boards indoors and outdoors;
fixing aerated blocks, panels and boards;
thermal insulation of building structures;
sealing joints;
joining and installing building materials in household work.
How to choose a variant
320 ml (400 g) for small repairs, when you need to glue a few boards or single elements;
800 ml (800 g) for insulating a wall section or fixing aerated blocks, yield up to 25 running metres;
the hand-held format with a straw works without a gun; for large volumes with an applicator gun choose the professional 60 Seconds adhesive foam.
How to use
keep the can at room temperature for at least 24 hours;
clean surfaces of dust, dirt, grease, ice and frost; at positive temperatures slightly moisten them;
shake the can for at least 1 minute, fit the straw adapter and work with the can upside down;
apply 1-1.5 cm beads along the board perimeter 3-5 cm from the edge, then crosswise;
wait 1 minute, press the board to the base and hold until it grips (about 2-5 minutes);
remove excess, paint or plaster the joint; clean fresh foam with TM Lacrysil cleaner, keeping it away from polystyrene.
FAQ: use, consumption, and common mistakes
What is it suitable for?
Fast-grip hand-held adhesive foam with a straw adapter for fixing insulation boards, foam and aerated blocks and joining building materials without a gun.When is it not suitable?
Do not leave the formed PU joint exposed to UV; do not use it as a load-bearing structure or a replacement for proper fixing.What is the consumption or yield?
No separate consumption value is listed, so estimate from area, joint size, or recommendations for the specific application method.How long does the layer dry or form?
Product specification guide: 5 - 30 minutes*. Cold, humidity, or a thick layer can increase the waiting time before loading.What are the common mistakes?
Cold can, wrong working position, overfilling, missing moisture when instructions require it, and an unprotected joint in sunlight.
