Description

Mounting foam cleaner is intended for applicator gun maintenance and removal of fresh contamination after working with mounting foam or adhesive foam.

The product is used to clean the gun immediately after foam application, remove fresh residue from the aerosol can valve, tools, clothing, building surfaces, and work areas. It can also be used to degrease building surfaces when preparing for decorative finishing work.

The cleaner is based on a mixture of organic solvents and propellants and is used at -10°C ... +35°C. It is intended for fresh foam residue only: cured polyurethane foam is removed mechanically.

Before use, shake the can, remove the protective cap, and attach the spray nozzle. To clean external contamination, spray the cleaner in doses onto contaminated parts until fresh residue is removed. The working position of the can is upside down.

To flush the applicator gun, remove the spray nozzle, attach the gun to the cleaner can, press the trigger, and flush the internal cavity and nozzle. Leave the cleaner inside the gun for 2-3 minutes, then repeat flushing until the required result is achieved. Avoid contact with polystyrene foam products.
