Aqua Block acrylic waterproofing is a one-component water-resistant material for exterior and interior use.
The product is used for sealing and waterproofing joints on surfaces exposed to high humidity, frequent water contact, or prolonged immersion. It is also used to create a waterproofing membrane when installing underfloor heating systems, tile coverings, and roll materials in sanitary and hygienic premises.
The substrate must be dry, strong, level, and free from dust, dirt, mold, grease stains, old coating remnants, other contamination, and particles that are poorly bonded to the surface. Metal surfaces should be protected against corrosion by phosphating or another suitable method before application.
Old tiled coatings, natural stone products, and porous or weakened substrates should be treated with TM Lacrysil primer concentrate diluted 1:10 and dried. Before application, stir the product until uniform and make sure the material and ambient temperature are within +5°C ... +35°C.
To create a waterproofing coating, apply the material evenly to a primed and dried surface using a brush, roller, or spray method. Apply subsequent layers crosswise after the previous layer has dried.
The recommended thickness of one layer is no more than 1 mm. Total coating thickness should be at least 2 mm for sanitary and hygienic premises and at least 3 mm for permanent water immersion. The first layer forms in approximately 2-3 hours, subsequent layers in 3-5 hours, and the final layer requires at least 72 hours.
If the surface will be used under water immersion conditions, such as pools, protect the layer with film and avoid coating contact with moisture for 5-7 days.
- suitable for exterior and interior work;
- helps create a waterproofing membrane in humid areas;
- can be used for joints, tile coverings, and roll materials;
- listed product elasticity is 400%;
- the dried coating can be painted;
- available in light blue packaging variants of 3 kg and 7 kg.
- waterproofing and sealing joints;
- sanitary and hygienic premises with increased humidity;
- installation of underfloor heating systems;
- substrate preparation for tile and roll materials;
- surfaces with frequent water contact;
- pools and other areas where the coating works under immersion conditions, provided the application technology is followed.
- 3 kg is convenient for local waterproofing, joints, or a small area;
- 7 kg suits a larger area, bathroom, technical room, or several sections;
- listed consumption is 0.7 - 1.3 kg/m²;
- light blue color helps control layer uniformity during application.
- clean the substrate from dust, dirt, mold, grease, old coatings, and loose particles;
- protect metal surfaces against corrosion before application;
- treat old tile, natural stone, porous, or weakened substrates with TM Lacrysil primer concentrate diluted 1:10 and dry;
- stir the product and work when material and ambient temperature are within +5°C ... +35°C;
- apply with a brush, roller, or spray in layers up to 1 mm; apply subsequent layers crosswise after previous layers dry;
- allow the final layer to cure for at least 72 hours, and for immersion areas protect the coating from moisture for 5-7 days.

What is it suitable for?
Acrylic waterproofing for exterior and interior work: joints, waterproofing membranes, underfloor heating systems, tile and roll materials in humid areas.When is it not suitable?
Do not apply to dirty, greasy, wet, or weak substrates; do not cover with a finish layer before full formation.What is the consumption or yield?
Product specification guide: 0.7 - 1.3 kg/m². For an exact estimate, consider area, joint size, application method, and substrate condition.How long does the layer dry or form?
Product specification guide: 24 - 72 hours. Cold, humidity, or a thick layer can increase the waiting time before loading.What are the common mistakes?
Skipping primer on porous bases, too thin a layer, working on a wet surface, and early water loading.
