60 seconds professional adhesive foam is intended for fast professional installation of thermal insulation systems and building structures. It is used for fixing thermal insulation boards indoors and outdoors, thermal insulation of structures, fixing foam and aerated blocks, sealing joints, and installing materials in household and industrial work.
It is a one-component polyurethane adhesive foam for use with an applicator gun. The format is suitable where controlled application and quick initial positioning of elements are important without long waiting time.
Use the adhesive foam at -5°C ... +35°C and relative air humidity of at least 70%. Before use, keep the can at +15°C ... +30°C, shake thoroughly for at least 1 minute, and clean surfaces from dust, dirt, grease, ice, and frost. At positive temperatures, slightly moisten the substrate immediately before application.
The working position of the can is upside down. Apply adhesive foam to the board in 1-1.5 cm strips around the perimeter, 3-5 cm from the edge, then crosswise. Keep the layer in the air for about 1 minute, then press the element firmly and evenly to the substrate and fix it for 1-2 minutes.
Shake the can periodically during work. Cured adhesive foam should be protected from UV radiation by painting or plastering. Uncured adhesive foam can be removed from surfaces and the applicator gun with TM Lacrysil mounting foam cleaner, while cured material can only be removed mechanically.

What is it suitable for?
Fast-fixing professional adhesive foam for installing thermal insulation boards, building structures, foam blocks, and aerated blocks with an applicator gun. When is it not suitable?
Do not leave the formed PU joint exposed to UV; do not use it as a load-bearing structure or a replacement for proper fixing. What is the consumption or yield?
No separate consumption value is listed, so estimate from area, joint size, or recommendations for the specific application method. How long does the layer dry or form?
Product specification guide: 5 - 30 minutes*. Cold, humidity, or a thick layer can increase the waiting time before loading. What are the common mistakes?
Cold can, wrong working position, overfilling, missing moisture when instructions require it, and an unprotected joint in sunlight.
